 Sr Associate, Field Reporting_
What you will do
Requirements Consolidation: Consolidateand translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions that drive field effectiveness and strategic decision-making.
Dashboard Design & Development: Design, build, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools for field teams and senior leadership.
Data Integration & Automation: Develop backend logic, data transformations, supporting data models, and data refresh automation to ensure seamless and timely reporting.
KPI Definition & Governance: Collaborate with US business stakeholders and extended analytics teams to define KPIs, reporting standards, and user experience journeys.
Data Quality & Performance: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and usability while optimizing dashboard and data pipeline performance.
Analytics Visualization: Translate complex datasets and analytical findings into clear, intuitive, and actionable visualizations tailored to diverse audiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams such as Data Management and Data Strategy, Incentive Compensation, Field Ops, Commercial Analytics, andIT.
Training & Support: Create user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes
Process Optimization & Operations Management:
Lead initiatives to streamline user access management, ensure secure, compliant, and efficient provisioning and deprovisioning of reporting access.
Design and implement simplified error resolution pathways with both short-term fixes and long-term process improvements, reducing system downtime and enhancing user satisfaction.
Define, monitor, and continuously improve operational processes, SLAs, and support workflows to ensure timely resolution of user issues and consistent reporting delivery.
Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and performance tuning within reporting systems and data pipelines.
Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree
Or
Master's degree and 2 years of sales & marketing operations, and/or analytics experience
Or
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of sales & marketing operationsand/or analytics experience
Or
Associate's degree and 10 years of sales & marketing operations, and/or analytics experience
Or
High school diploma/GED and 12 years of sales & marketing operations, and/or analytics experience
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (Masterâs preferred).
Experience:
3+ years of experience in data management, business analysis, or solution design/development or working in Sales Operations or similar commercial analytics roles.
Demonstrated experience developing in business reporting platforms such as Tableau or other reporting tools such as PowerBI.
Proven ability to understand data flows, data views, and build robust data layers for reporting development.
Experience with Pharma/Biotech sales and activity reporting, incentive compensation, Plan of Action, and field systems (e.g., Veeva CRM / Salesforce.com, Javelin, Customer Master / MDM).
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Tableau (preferred), PowerBI, or other reporting/BI tools with an emphasis on developing data and reporting solutions optimized for speed, performance, and good user experience
Strong understanding of SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling.
Familiarity with cloud-based analytics environments and emerging BI technologies.
Proven ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
Domain Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical data such as IQVIA/IMS DDD, Xponent, PlanTrack, Managed Markets, and chargeback data is highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skillsâwritten, oral, and presentationâtailored to audiences ranging from senior leadership to field teams.
Strong client service orientation with a focus on responsiveness and user satisfaction.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners.
High adaptability to changing organizational needs and priorities.
