Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to support the growth of their digital presence. The organization values strong brand alignment, performance-driven campaigns, and engaging video-first content. This role will contribute to expanding audience reach, strengthening community engagement, and transforming long-form content into compelling short-form social media assets that drive measurable results.

The Social Media Specialist will manage posting campaigns, develop content strategies, and convert long-form video content into engaging short-form assets across key social media platforms. This role requires both creative execution and analytical thinking to ensure campaigns align with marketing objectives and deliver measurable performance improvements.
Manage social media posting campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and brand alignment
Create and schedule posts aligned with overall marketing strategy and audience engagement goals
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on metrics to improve results
Convert long-form content such as webinars, interviews, and presentations into engaging, shareable short-form videos
Optimize video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster active community engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with broader marketing and business objectives
2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation
Proven experience managing social media campaigns and content calendars
Experience working with HubSpot
Strong video editing skills with experience creating short-form content from long-form videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
Proficiency across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, with understanding of platform-specific best practices
Ability to create engaging content aligned with brand goals and audience needs
Strong analytical skills to measure performance and optimize campaigns
Creative and strategic mindset with a passion for social media and video content
Increased engagement, follower growth, and brand awareness through effective campaigns
Successful transformation of long-form content into high-performing short-form videos
Consistent, on-brand content that drives measurable business results
