Relay is a digital banking platform that gives self-made business owners the tools and know-how to be great with moneyâbringing clarity, confidence, and control to every dollar earned, so they can turn hard work into lasting success. We do this by replacing financial guesswork with real visibility, transforming cash flow from a constant source of stress into a clear signal owners can use to run stronger, more resilient businesses.
At Relay, product management is about outcomes, not outputs. We start with real customer problems and build solutions that move the needle for SMBs, and for our business. Our team pairs long-term vision with rapid iteration. We believe that trust is a product feature, and that usability, reliability, and polish arenât afterthoughts, theyâre core to how we earn the confidence of business owners.
Every launch is measured, every release is a chance to learn, and we prioritize relentlessly so we can focus on what matters most. Above all, we never compromise on customer empathy or product craft.
Why this role matters
Many small businesses walk a constant cashflow tightrope, and the average SMB has just 27 days of cash on hand.
