The Role
Youâll be a founding member of our Germany team - working closely with our Germany Lead and Global Expansion Lead to unlock the market. Youâll have real ownership across every part of the business, and play a critical role in helping us win Germany.
What youâll do
Youâll operate as a true generalist, working across sales, business development, strategy, operations, marketing, and more
Youâll do whatever it takes to win Germany - this is a hands-on, fast-paced role with real ownership
Youâll be part of a high-expectations, high-support environment: weâll push you hard, and back you fully
Supported by the Germany Lead and Global Expansion Lead, youâll play a critical role in helping us win the market - beating local competitors and driving adoption at speed. Your scope will include:
Owning the local sales process, tailored to align with our PLG motion
Collaborating with marketing to refine our brand, messaging, and field strategy for the German market
Securing strategic partnerships with key players across the local healthcare ecosystem
Building internal processes from scratch to enable repeatable execution across sales, ops, and GTM
Collecting customer and market feedback to shape our local playbook and inform commercial strategy
What we will look for
Is impeccably sharp and analytical, able to break down complex problems with structure while thinking creatively when needed
Acts like an owner - autonomous, accountable, and relentlessly outcome-oriented
Is an A-player - someone who consistently raises the bar and wants to be surrounded by others who do the same
Is exceptional with customers - emotionally perceptive, articulate, and comfortable spending 50%+ of their time in the field
Looking for uncapped growth - working in an environment where your ability to win defines the gradient of your growth
Bonus - experience in healthcare, sales, ops, consulting, or as a founder is a plus, but not required. We care more about horsepower and drive than your CV.
