The Growth Strategy Team
The Growth Strategy team is responsible for defining how EliseAI is positioned, understood, and valued in the market. We own the positioning and identity of the platform and every product within it, and we design and execute the highest-leverage growth initiatives that drive the company forward and generate pipeline.
Growth Strategy operates as a startup within a startupârun with the intensity and ownership of a founding team, but with the capital, market access, and product depth of a well-funded Series E. The mandate is zero to one: take products and platform capabilities from undefined to sharply positioned, then drive execution against that positioning across every surface that touches the market. Deep cross-functional involvement (Product, Sales, Engineering, Leadership) and founder-level ownership from day one.
Roles on this team sit at the intersection that defines the best people at EliseAI: strategic thinking and deep context awareness, combined with technical ability and full ownership of execution. You will be expected to move fluidly between crafting a product narrative and building the automated systems that deliver it at scaleâbetween shaping a go-to-market strategy and getting your hands into the data, tooling, and infrastructure to make it real.
About The Role
As a Growth PM on the Growth Strategy team, you will help found and scale a critical function at EliseAI. This is a cross-functional, high-autonomy role that sits at the intersection of product positioning, market insight, and growth execution.
You will own ambiguous, high-impact problems end-to-endâfrom going zero to one on how products are positioned based on market dynamics and what customers actually need, to designing and building the growth systems, engagement infrastructure, and automated programs that turn that positioning into pipeline and revenue. Youâll apply product-level rigor to everything you build: scoping the problem, architecting the solution, shipping it, measuring it, and iterating.
Youâll work closely with senior executives and leaders across Sales, Product, Operations, and Strategy to ensure our positioning resonates and our growth engine scales. This role is ideal for someone who wants to operate like a founder: setting direction, making consequential decisions, and building systems that compound.
Key Responsibilities
Positioning & Market Insight
Lead zero-to-one positioning initiativesâdeeply understanding market dynamics, customer needs, and how value is perceived to define how products and platform capabilities are positioned in the market
Translate customer insight into positioning direction, blending data, intuition, and direct market feedback to shape narratives that resonate with buyers and differentiate EliseAI
Analyze win/loss trends, customer behavior, and market signals to continuously refine how we communicate value and where we focus
Growth Systems & Pipeline Infrastructure
Design, build, and optimize the engagement systems and automated programs that generate and accelerate pipelineâtreating each as a product with its own architecture, measurement framework, and iteration cycle
Own key growth metrics end-to-endâestablishing KPIs, building dashboards, diagnosing performance, and driving continuous improvement across the full funnel
Build and refine operating playbooks and scalable infrastructure that can be reused across products, segments, and go-to-market motions
Go-to-Market Execution
Drive go-to-market strategy for product launchesâfrom positioning through scaled adoption, coordinating across Product, Sales, and Customer Success
Develop and ship high-impact sales enablement toolsâequipping the sales team with the materials, training, and frameworks to communicate value effectively
Drive decisions under uncertainty, prioritizing speed, learning, and impact over perfection
