Conversion is building the AI-native marketing automation platform for modern software companies. Today, marketing is stitched together from outdated software, enrichment tools, and disconnected workflows. Funnels are broken. Messaging is misaligned. Most teams are flying blind.
We’re fixing that. Conversion lets growth teams build and automate their entire go-to-market motion in one place. From acquisition to activation to retention, it’s all managed in a single interface: fast, personalized, and powered by AI.
We’ve raised over $28 million from top investors such as Abstract Ventures, True Ventures, and HOF Capital. We’re at $6M+ ARR, growing quickly, and powering go-to-market for 4000+ customers.
We’re a lean, high-performing team in San Francisco. If you’re excited about selling a creative, modern product with clear ROI and doing your best work alongside world-class teammates; we’d love to meet you.

Hey there! Neil here 👋, co-founder and CEO at Conversion. I believe we are building one of the strongest sales teams in the world. The goal is that in 5 years, people talk about the Conversion team the way people talk about the Rippling and Toast sales teams today. What do those teams have in common? Very strong, founder-led sales. I LOVE sales and will be in the weeds with you.
Conversion is in a unique position where all our leads are inbound from word of mouth / GTM-engineered inbound. Members of our growth teams focus 70+% of their days closing and are routinely closing $500k+/mo. Ultimately, I believe the greatest sellers in the world only have 3 common traits in common:
They love sales.
They know every nook and cranny of the product they are selling. Our job is equally as much to educate as it is to sell. I believe this can be taught but ultimately comes easiest to those very intellectually curious.
They work very hard. We work 6 days/week in person and are willing to travel to meet an client at any time.
Own and close full-cycle deals across startups and mid-market accounts
Run high-quality demos that clearly show Conversion’s value
Prospect new leads and work qualified inbound opportunities
Collaborate with product and engineering to tailor solutions to prospect needs
Help shape sales collateral and early process, tools, and systems
Surface feedback from prospects to inform product and marketing
You believe in high-intensity, in-person teams and want to be surrounded by top talent pushing in the same direction
You have the range to shift from a cold call sprint to a strategic product feedback session without skipping a beat
You care deeply about your sales craft: writing crisp emails, running tight demos, and being the most prepared person in the room
You are looking for the kind of opportunity that turns an elite IC into a future CRO
