In this role, you will be a key contributor to Causalyâs revenue growth while inspiring change as a market game-changer. Reporting directly to our COO you will work cross-functionally to build customer value and drive new business. You will have global ownership of the full lifecycle of a portfolio of top 50 global pharma enterprise customers. You will be pivotal to understand our clientâs strategy, relate to the executive level and navigate our resources and capabilities to the âbest fitâ. Â
What you will do:Â
Become a trusted advisor in the AI Pharma sector to existing and target Causaly clientsÂ
Leverage your existing industry network to open early discussions and get critical customer insightsÂ
Establish relationships at senior call points in Top Pharma and work to develop and qualify interest in use cases and business challenges that Causaly can addressÂ
Drive new business for Causaly Cloud platform solution, selling into the existing client base and prospective new clients across North America, focused on the Top 30 clients.Â
Strategically understand the needs, limits, must haves, and key landmines in the accounts and guide the go to market teams in executionÂ
Develop an understanding of assigned clientsâ strategic goals, decision-making structure, key influencers, and other objectives while mapping Causaly impact through both todayâs offerings and tomorrowâs potentialÂ
Liaise with Product to refine Product Market Messaging and contribute customer and market feedback about future business opportunities and current product experience.  Â
Become a champion for the Causaly Platform with ability to deeply discuss the value across any given product in the solution.Â
Strategically orchestrate resources both internally and externally throughout the sales processÂ
Accurately communicate account status to executive Causaly managementÂ
Experience in engaging to scientific, technical and economic buyers and decision-makers up to C-Suite in global 30 PharmaÂ
Consultative selling skills (questioning, listening, handling call dynamics, managing objections, closing for next steps)Â
Leadership experience (VP, SVP) and / or selling experience into Big Pharma & Biotech space (e.g. as a Partner of a strategy consulting firm)Â
The ability to work in partnership with Strategic Account Executives to develop opportunities and sell the value of the Causaly Cloud platformÂ
Make sure that our clients and prospects understand and perceive the full value of our products while acting as a trusted voice in articulating Causaly positioningÂ
Experience leading strategic, long-term sales cycles within the biopharma sectorÂ
Strong presenter, both in person and virtuallyÂ
