Our GTM Enablement team, part of the Go-to-Market Engineering Ops, supports the entire commercial journey â empowering pre-sales, sales, sales trainees, and post-sales/expansion (ADR, AE, SE, CS, and Sales Trainee) teams to move faster, smarter, and with excellence.
What Youâll Do
As a GTM Enablement Specialist, youâll create programs, processes, and trainings that help our sales teams sell more efficiently, leveraging AI to boost performance and productivity. Your work will be focused on internal enablement across TRACTIANâs commercial teams, with customer contact occurring through sales â and quarterly visits alongside the sales team to gain valuable real-world context.
