The contract comprises of 3 restaurants, 5 cafes, vending fleet and hospitality. The location is spread over a 12 acre estate with circa 3000 employees. Part of a national group contract. The successful candidate will lead a team of 38 employees over a 5 day operations (M-F). Given the size of the estate, some experience in logistics would be beneficial but not essential
