- Carrying out experimental and process development work, documenting all activities to high GMP standards.
- Supporting the development, transfer, and scale‑up of manufacturing processes for liquids, solid dose, and live‑biotherapeutic products.
- Using a range of processing equipment to build robust, scalable pharmaceutical processes.
- Assisting with formulation development, production manufacturing, validation activities, and clinical trial supply—including packing and labelling support.
- Helping troubleshoot process and equipment challenges using scientific reasoning and teamwork.
- Communicating progress and working collaboratively to meet project timelines.
