We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Performance Specialist to join the Marketing team reporting to the Director, Marketing Strategy & Performance.
In this role you will be responsible for enabling data-driven analysis and decision-making support across the global Marketing team. The role focuses on defining marketing KPIs, creating visibility and action around KPIs and team budgets, and delivering actionable analysis and recommendations.
- Define and agree marketing KPIs with key stakeholders, to ensure optimal marketing campaign performance
- Develop and communicate relevant and actionable dashboards and reporting, based on analysis of disparate data sets and information sources
- Review and develop budget tracking and reporting to sharpen ability to make smart investment choices โ working with Finance and other stakeholders to deliver consistent and user-friendly spend tracking
- Working with the Digital Marketing and CRM teams to define optimal means to track and measure end-to-end lead management performance
- Analysis of business performance, campaign and spend performance with ability to create meaningful recommendations to drive efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activity
