About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Cloud Architect with a strong systems administration foundation to design, implement, and optimize our cloud infrastructure across Azure and GCP. This role bridges technical depth with strategic architecture, requiring both hands-on expertise and the ability to envision enterprise-scale solutions in a multi-cloud environment.

This position requires someone who can think architecturally across cloud platforms while maintaining the practical troubleshooting mindset that comes from systems administration experience鈥攕omeone who understands both the "what" and the "how" of multi-cloud infrastructure and can make informed decisions about when to use each platform's strengths.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud architectures across Azure and GCP, focusing on scalability, security, and cost optimization.
- Guide cloud migration initiatives, translating on-premises workloads into cloud-native or hybrid solutions.
- Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform or cloud-specific tools (ARM templates, Deployment Manager, CloudFormation).
- Have an automation mindset, use DevOps tools and processes, to prioritize programmatic implementations
- Enhance workflows with Gen AI and Agentic AI, and integrate with the ServiceNow platform
- Implement governance frameworks, including Azure Policy, GCP Organization Policies, and AWS Service Control Policies.
- Design disaster recovery and business continuity strategies across multiple cloud providers and regions.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement Zero Trust architectures and compliance requirements across cloud platforms.
- Develop cloud-agnostic solutions where appropriate, and cloud-specific optimizations where beneficial.
- Mentor engineering teams on multi-cloud best practices and emerging technologies.
- Optimize cloud spend through rightsizing, committed use discounts, reserved instances, and architectural improvements.
