All’interno del ristorante si occupa di:
• gestire la mise en place
• accogliere la clientela
• sbarazzare la sala, pulire e mantenere l'ordine
• supportare lo Chef de Rang nella gestione operativa del servizio di sala, nel rispetto degli standard e delle procedure HACCP

Inside the restaurant deals with:
• manage the mise en place
• welcome guests
• clean and maintain the order
• support the Chef de Rang in the operational management of the hall service, in compliance with thestandards, production procedures and HACCP standards in force
