Qualifications:
BE/BS preferred in computer science, computer engineering
ā¢ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical consulting, analytics & automation
ā¢ History of data analysis and drive to actionable insights and automation
ā¢ Experience over transformation projects (e.g. Win11, O365)
ā¢ Extensive technical knowledge on end-user computing
ā¢ Someone who can collaborate to bring access to product and technical teams, to get the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation gathered from customer input
ā¢ Good knowledge of IT operations in a challenging environment
ā¢ Business Level proficiency in English is expected.
