As a Breakfast Chef, you’ll lead the morning culinary experience with precision and flair. You’ll ensure every dish reflects the quality and care our guests expect — from sunrise to service.
Your responsibilities include:
- Planning, preparing and executing high-quality dishes for our breakfast buffet with consistency and creativity.
- Supervising and coordinating the breakfast kitchen team for smooth operations and timely service.
- Maintaining exceptional hygiene and food safety standards in line with HACCP and hotel policies.
- Monitoring inventory, placing orders and managing stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Training, mentoring and evaluating kitchen team members to foster a positive and professional environment.
- Collaborating with the Executive Chef and F&B Operations Manager on menu development and seasonal offerings.
- Ensuring all kitchen equipment is maintained and issues are reported promptly.
- Upholding Anantara brand standards and contributing to an outstanding guest experience.
