We are looking for a Account Executive to join our SMB team with a relentless focus on driving new business. You will be responsible for helping our customers effectively engage with鈥痮ur鈥疶alent and Learning solutions. You will be dedicated to making our customers stronger and seeking out opportunities for growth. Although you possess a strategic approach to selling and strive to meet/exceed revenue goals, you will always have your client鈥檚 best interest in mind and act as their internal advocate to ensure they are set up for success.
Responsibilities
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and generate new business opportunities
- Create and execute outbound SMB sales strategy and respond to inbound enquiries
- Ask layered, open questions to understand and clarify customer鈥檚 objectives and challenges
- Create reliable forecasts and manage pipeline effectively
- Lead with solutions, not products, when making recommendations aligned with customer's objectives
- Drive customer decision-making by achieving a shared vision and proactively considering the value proposition that ties stakeholders together
- Thinks commercially and applies business acumen when crafting and negotiating deals
- Uses data and insights to support investment recommendations or overcome customer objections
- Drives customer growth by proactively identifying opportunities to deliver greater customer value
- Practices humility and asks for help when faced with a challenge or unknown
- Disciplined in Territory/Account Planning, Forecasting and Quota Attainment
- Follows best practices when using CRM and other sales tools
