What your impact will be:
Lead end-to-end global payroll operations for all countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
Own and manage all HR Systems (HRIS/HCM) globally, acting as the primary system administrator and continuous improvement driver.
Lead global HRIS implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring seamless integration with other internal systems (e.g., Finance).
Ensure global payroll and HR systems compliance and security protocols are met.
Manage relationships with external payroll providers and HRIS vendors worldwide.
Develop and maintain global reporting metrics on payroll, HR data, and systems performance for senior leadership.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for payroll and HR systems configuration and data integrity.
