Equinox's La Costa location is seeking a Group Reformer Pilates Instructor. The position entails the following responsibilities. This is not a complete description, and certain responsibilities may additionally be presented along the course of employment:
- Teach a small group authentic Pilates on a Reformer adhering to class guidelines
- Deliver the Equinox Experience to our members in each class
- Continuously monitor the exercise intensity throughout the duration of the class and modify for participants when necessary
- Ensure classes are full as well as start and end on time
- Teach respective classes on a regular basis and keep subbing to a minimum
- Communicate with manager on member feedback, equipment and operational status, scheduling, and subbing
