- Lead and develop our new Conveyor Belt Test Competence Center
- Plan, coordinate, document, and analyze product tests for conveyor belts
- Manage the full lifecycle of test assignments â from planning and initiation to execution, monitoring, and evaluation
- Interpret test results and prepare clear, highâquality test reports
- Drive the development of new test benches, procedures, and standards
- Serve as the primary technical contact for internal and external partners, including engineers and product developers
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Operations, and other key departments
- Build, mentor, and coordinate a team of skilled testing technicians
- Provide technical guidance and support to your team and stakeholders
- Contribute to ongoing development activities and continuous improvement initiatives
