We are seeking a motivated Senior Design Engineer to join our transportation team and contribute to the successful delivery of roads and active travel infrastructure projects across a range of scales and complexity.
This role is suited to an engineer with 7+ years’ experience in civil engineering design who is confident delivering projects through multiple phases and is ready to take ownership of technical workstreams with a high degree of autonomy. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading design activities on active travel projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting the delivery of high-quality, sustainable transport solutions.
You will work closely with Project Managers and Project Directors while developing your own leadership capability, supporting junior staff, and contributing to collaborative project environments.
