AECOM is looking for a Contract Manager to provide support to project management working on a major infrastructure project in Peru.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinates and provides review, administration, and/or compliance activities for complex contracts that may require more coordination with multiple entities, requiring further legal reviews, etc.
- Leads researchers on contractual issues and administering law department activities
- Provides guidance on contractual matters
- Responsibilities may include updating the company law library with current changes in legislation and keeping management and staff informed on legislative developments and court actions that impact the company.
- Works under limited supervision.
- Responsible for setting own project deadlines.
- Prepare and assist in various levels of project reporting. Key contributor in the preparation of monthly status report.
- Coordination with AECOM´s operations management team
- Serve as a key participant in client and/or subcontractor negotiations.
