We are looking for a customer focused Corporate Receptionist to join our team!
Portico have been selected to create a bespoke, innovative, and memorable guest experience for all within this multi-tenanted building in the city, with a diverse range of corporate and technology occupiers.
To succeed in the role, you must be a people person! Based at one of 2 reception desks at the main entrances to the building, the focus of the Receptionist will be guest interaction. Dealing with a variety of guests and requests, you will need to read the person in front of you and adapt your service style to their needs, whilst ensuring that you follow the welcome and guest registration procedures specific to the occupier they are visiting.
You will be the go-to person in the building. So, it is important that you can use your bubbly personality and communication skills to build rapport and strong working relationships with all stakeholders and colleagues, both internal and external. Ad hoc admin duties are also a requirement of the role, assisting the Front of House Manager in training new team members, as well as assisting the building management team where necessary.
Hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts between 7am and 7pm from Monday to Friday
Salary: £31,408 per annum.
