Portico are currently on the lookout for a Corporate Receptionist (Guest Services Ambassador), for our team based with a world renown insurance company in the City.
The successful Receptionist will join our team, acting as a central point of contact for all front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functionality and a high standard of service delivery.
This multifaceted role mixes elements of administrative duties with the core front of house duties, meaning that no two days are ever the same!
Our team manage the room booking system, visitors management system, external switchboard, access control and lockers across the building. They are also responsible for coordinating meeting logistics and providing end-to-end support for client engagements, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to organize hospitality services tailored to client needs.
Shifts: 40 Hours per week, with 8-hour shifts from Monday-Friday between 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, on a rotational basis.
Salary: £33,496 per annum
