Ensure all staff are briefed and in place for service, monitoring their customer service along with standards required such as dress code policies.
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and effective manner and escalate as necessary and encourage open communication channels to gather feedback.
Assist and help identify training needs in team members, ensuring relevant training is carried out.
Communicate regularly with restaurant management to report on team performance, address any concerns, and implement improvements as requested.
Motivate and lead team - lead by example, acting as a role model for the team, demonstrating excellent customer service and leadership skills.
Ensure all restaurant policies, procedures, and safety protocols are followed by the team.
Ensure due diligence records are completed as requested, all accidents are reported, all legal training is completed and monitor allergen policy.
Monitor completion of cleaning schedules and filed weekly.
