The overall scope of the role is to own and manage the Coupa RPMA (Risk & Performance Management) and Non鈥慒ood third鈥憄arty risk processes, ensuring supplier risk is assessed and managed in a pragmatic, commercially supportive way. The role combines third鈥憄arty risk management, system ownership, stakeholder engagement and entry鈥憀evel indirect category management. The postholder will support the Head of Indirect Procurement in driving good governance while enabling the business.
Key accountabilities include:
Supplier Risk & Coupa RPMA
- Lead day鈥憈o鈥慸ay ownership of the Coupa RPMA / Non鈥慒ood TPRM process
- Manage supplier onboarding and ongoing supplier risk assessments
- Maintain risk questionnaires, workflows, scoring models and approval routes
- Track risks, follow鈥憉ps and mitigations with suppliers and internal SMEs
- Produce MI on supplier risk status, volumes, themes and trends
- Liaise with IT / Coupa support teams regarding configuration changes and enhancements
Stakeholder & Supplier Management
- Act as first point of contact for internal teams regarding supplier risk and onboarding
- Provide guidance on when risk assessments are required and how outcomes should be applied
- Manage supplier communication relating to questionnaires, clarifications and remediation activity
Indirect Procurement (Entry-Level Category Management)
- Manage a small portfolio of lower鈥憊alue / lower鈥慶omplexity indirect categories
- Support RFQs, mini鈥憈enders and supplier evaluations
- Embed supplier risk outcomes into sourcing and contracting decisions
- Support contract management and ongoing supplier management activity
