Baxterstorey is seeking an experienced and innovative Head Chef to support the culinary team within the JCB estate focussing on 3 locations. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.
- Develop and implement creative, seasonal menus that align with our brand and customer preferences
- Lead and inspire a team of skilled culinary professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen environment
- Manage kitchen operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food cost management
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve financial targets and improve overall kitchen efficiency
- Oversee quality control for all food preparation and presentation
- Participate in menu tastings, special events, and client meetings as required
- Stay abreast of current culinary trends and incorporate them into menu offerings where appropriate
- Mentor and develop junior staff members, promoting skill enhancement and career growth
