Chef de Partie - Victoria & Albert Museum

We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the Benugo Hospitality team at the Victoria and Albert Museum.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic kitchen delivering high-quality hospitality, events, and fine dining experiences in a corporate setting.

Rate: Up to £15.00 per hour

Contract: Full time / Permanent

About the Pastry Junior Sous Chef role:

• Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling. 
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
• Work with the Kitchen Team on a daily basis to develop recipes and deliver quality product
