Drive attendance compliance of all required training
Assist with the development of new eLearning content, training courses and development programmes to a range of internal learners from Team Member to Manager and Support team roles.
Support our apprentice learner onboarding process and co-ordinate with apprenticeship providers
Evaluation of training effectiveness and ROI, using feedback and metrics to update and enhance training content
Support the L&D Assistant with administration of the LMS platform
Work in partnership with our Operations and support teams to continuously look for ways to improve operational standards by developing and implementing effective and engaging training solutions.
