Proactively generate new business across corporate, agency and event markets
Managing both inbound and outbound enquiries
Account management of new and existing clients, targeting revenue growth
To convert incoming enquiries into confirmed business
To prepare proposals for new enquiries, ensuring venue standards are adhered to and contain best fit expectations for the client, whilst maximising yield and revenue
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline reporting
Meet with prospective clients and conduct show rounds
Help oversee the venue diary ensuring that all information is accurate, up to date and that all the correct revenue has been inputted
Support the Head of Sales in delivering marketing strategy through client FAM trips, relationship management events, exhibitions
Support the Head of Sales in delivering a successful sales department and act as the senior person in their absence
