We are currently recruiting for a Guest Services Manager to help us build and oversee our new team, based at one of the largest consultancy firms in the world as they move into their brand-new Dublin city centre offices.
The thought, planning and attention to detail that wraps around the guest experience at this location will be led by the Guest Services Manager. The successful candidate will build the service provided by our team from the ground up! Introducing and delivering their vision for service ethos at the firm, taking accountability for the staff and visitor journey and overall office experience. They will monitor and review data that will allow them to identify areas for improvement and provide the intended strategic innovation and oversight to evolve our services to the client.
The Guest Services Manager will remain present in the day-to-day of the operation and build successful relationships with the client’s team and key stakeholders within the firm, strengthening our overall reputation and working with them and other service providers, to ensure our team is consistently providing value.
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 8am to 6pm Mon-Fri
Salary: €50,000 per annum.
