As our Senior Manager, Retail Communication, you will be the driving force behind retail communication and engagement strategies between stores and HQ partners. We are looking for a team player who is excited to help support Vuori鈥檚 expansion and how we communicate effectively with our store teams. We are looking for a leader that loves being in stores and is passionate about people, process, and operations. What you'll get to do:
Build Strong Connections
- Be in great relationships with stores, internal partners, and key stakeholders to create alignment and ensure clear, consistent communication across all touchpoints.
Own Communication Workflow
- Manage the full communication process鈥攆rom intake and writing to review and publishing鈥攅nsuring clarity, timeliness, and alignment with brand voice.
Drive Strategic Messaging and Lead Field Engagement
- Develop targeted communication and change management plans for major initiatives, product launches, promotions, and other brand priorities. Lead initiatives that inspire and connect field teams鈥攕uch as newsletters, focus groups, and engagement programs鈥攖o strengthen alignment and enthusiasm.
Manage the Retail Calendar
- Oversee intake, prioritization, and scheduling of initiatives and communications to balance workload and support a seamless associate experience.
Lead and Optimize Retail Communication Platform
- Help select and implement Vuori鈥檚 retail communication platform which will help streamline operations, task assignment, and reporting across retail teams.
Curate and update Vuori鈥檚 Internal Resource Library Management
- Partner with functional owners to maintain accurate and complete repository of policies and procedures and other supporting assets.
Serve as Store鈥揌Q Connector
- Partner with Learning and Development, Inventory Management, Retail Marketing, People and Culture, Product teams, (and more) to share timely and relevant information with stores and ensure two-way communication.
Elevate Field Feedback
- Oversee feedback collection and analysis, identify trends and actionable insights, and share findings with corporate partners to enhance retail strategies and operations.
