Ensuring all service areas are fully stocked with guest amenities and materials.
Report any maintenance defects in guestrooms and surrounding areas to the supervisor.
Report ‘out of service’ rooms to the supervisor or housekeeping office.
Treat every guest as a unique individual.
Anticipate guests’ needs with thoughtful and personal touches.
Consistently offer professional, engaging, and proactive guest service while supporting team members.
Turn in all lost and found items to housekeeping according to the standard procedure.
Using appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes ensures safe work practices are maintained.
