- Training Plan for New hire, follow up department training, monitor day to day training plan and maintaining of training record accurately.
- Attending Managers' duty during absence - Meeting & department operations (guest & staff needs)
- Evaluating performance and providing feedback to deserving staff in open forum.
- Taking corrective measure (guest & staff related concerns) without manager assistance.
- Coordination hiring & staff manning with the manager
- Providing all kind reports & activities held at spa
- Set the example, Communicate well, develop safety program, encourage positive behavior, Involve in various activity.
- Maintaining overall inventory, monitor day to day operation.
- Organize duty roster according to the business prospect
- Follow up maintenance, monitor all the treatments and quality of the services being rendered, & ensure public areas well maintain at all time
- Make regular checks to ensure the highest of standards at all times.
- To gather ideas and suggestions from guest or colleagues that can be utilized and will help on service operation improvements.
- Ensure to organize ahead of time to assign all colleagues work obligations & supervise them during their working hours. Make sure that guests and staffs are dealt politely, efficiently and promptly at all times.
- To ensure an excellent standard of customer care and professionalism are achieved at all times.
- To coordinate with Training Manager for maintaining the training records periodically.
- To cross check all reports if they are any discrepancies.
- To cross check all commission of the therapist are well balanced.
- In addition to the above, carryout any other work assigned by your managers from time to time.
