Job Description

Greet guests and register guests according to documented procedures.
Follow approved guest credit procedures for the type of room accommodation.
Assign rooms according to guest requests for the type room accommodation.
Make effective use of computerized guest history information during the registration process.
Perform all computerized registration tasks correctly and accurately while maintaining effective communication with the guests.
Effectively handled variety of oral communications and requests at the reservation by the registered guests and other visitors to the hotel.
Perform all computerized check-out tasks correctly and accurately.
Maintain a good standard of personal hygiene.
Maintain a good relationship with the other departments and participate in the activities held by the resorts.
Provide training and mentorship to new employees.
Check appropriate supplies for the reservation.
May require to perform additional tasks assigned by the Management/Department.
