We are looking to recruit an adaptable Service Designer who can work effectively in multidisciplinary, agile teams to deliver excellent results across GDS projects for Version 1鈥檚 customers in the public sector. Service Designers at Version 1 work across the full service lifecycle, from discovery through to live. You鈥檒l lead on mapping current and future states, aligning digital delivery with policy and operational realities, and helping clients make confident, evidence-based decisions.
You鈥檒l collaborate closely with content designers, interaction designers, product managers, user researchers, business analysts and technical leads. You鈥檒l help shape service visions, facilitate workshops, and define the structures, processes and journeys that underpin great services.
You will work on a range of high-profile digital transformation projects, which could be in a range of sectors including education, training, social care or the criminal justice system
