This role combines relationship management, cloud advisory, value realization, and revenue growth, ensuring customers maximize their cloud investments while driving long-term partnerships and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
馃敼 Customer Engagement & Trust
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for cloud customers.
- Build and maintain strong executive and operational-level relationships.
- Guide customers toward the most suitable cloud solutions aligned with their business goals.
馃敼 Adoption & Value Realization
- Drive adoption of Public Cloud technologies and services.
- Understand customer business objectives and identify opportunities to leverage cloud solutions for measurable outcomes.
- Ensure customers achieve tangible value and ROI from their cloud investments.
馃敼 Technical & Solution Enablement
- Collaborate with architects and technical teams to provide architecture reviews and optimization recommendations.
- Deliver workshops, training sessions, and best practices guidance.
- Support customers across multi-cloud platforms and services.
馃敼 Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to adoption, usage, and satisfaction.
- Identify improvement areas and drive continuous enhancement initiatives.
- Gather feedback to influence service improvements and go-to-market strategies.

- Partner with Sales to drive renewals, upselling, and expansion opportunities.
- Identify professional services opportunities aligned with customer needs.
- Contribute to achieving and carrying defined sales targets.

- Act as a strong advocate for customers within cloud providers and internal teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of escalations and strategic alignment.
