Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Digital Trust services (Information Security Management System (ISO 27001) for Certification and Training) through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and digital outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to clients' needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, KPIs, and business development goals.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals that maximize value for both the client and the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
