Handling all administrative duties required by HR & Admin Manager.
Assisting all departments for sending and receiving courier either documents or parcells.
Greeting of guests and visitors in a friendly manner
Taking all internal and external calls and transferring to appropriate person
Record-keeping of log-books.
Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
Assist in keeping the reception and office area clean and tidy, at all times
Be responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for guests and the emergency services
Preparation, edition, reception, dispatch, filing and archiving of any type of correspondences (mail, fax, etc.)
Assistance in other daily administrative tasks such as providing secretarial assistance and assisting other officers/staff in obtaining delivery of certificates.
Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
Perform other tasks, duties or responsibilities to achieve operations efficiency, as maybe required by C&P Management.
