Process

• Assuring high quality of service delivery based on Service Level Agreements and agreed KPIs
• First contact for issues escalation within P2P process (Supplier Master Data)
• Cooperation with Internal and External Audit
• Performing P2P (Supplier Master Data) controls
• Advising other team members in terms of P2P (Supplier Master Data) process matters
• Introduce Improvements within P2P process (Supplier Master Data)

Coordination:

• Coordinate completion of P2P (Supplier Master Data) processes
• Delegate tasks
• Distribute the workload and supervise the team in day-to-day operations
• Managing HR Matters
• Communicate deadlines
• Monitor the team performance
• Resolve or escalate any process issues
  • Attend and lead team meetings
  • Prepare reports
  • Building relationship with the countries during day-to-day operations

Communication:

• Point of contact to the affiliates management
• Report to GBS manager
• Provide the guideline to the team based on the management decisions
