ā¢ Provide technical training and handle qualification of inspectors
ā¢ Technical review of inspection reports
ā¢ Provide technical support to Customer Service Team
ā¢ Review and monitoring of technical documents such as SOP, WI, ā¦
ā¢ Perform field assessments of internal inspectors, announced audit appointed by Manager;
ā¢ Provide technical training to agent, vendor, factory if required
ā¢ Handle equipment calibration: daily follow-up and internal calibration
ā¢ Support QA coordinator to set up internal calibration procedures of equipment
ā¢ Support management during technical meeting with customers
ā¢ Back-up for inspection in order to secure the business
ā¢ Other additional tasks delegated by direct manager or above
ā¢ Substitute Technical Supervisor or direct manager
