Role's Objectives:
- Achieve sales targets of Minerals Services upon agreed with Sales Manager
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Contribute to the motivation and development of a strong sales team through active performance, execution and superior customer relationships and innovative services
- Develop new customers and improve, maintenance the old customers and KAM for Minerals Services - TS SBU.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Client / Affiliates liaison for all correspondence including service inquiries, receipt of client inquiries and delivery of presentation to clients.
- Negotiate/offer inspection services and rates to clients
- Search and develop new clients
- Organize sales visits to clients
- Make customer survey and record their feedback
- Maintain good relationships with clients through calling, email and visiting
- Record/summary the volume of clients and the key commodities
- Search other competitors’ rate & performance
- Handle for collection of new clients and key clients as assigned by Sales Manager
- Submitting the weekly and monthly reports to Sales Manager.
- Other tasks as requested by the Sales Manager/ Division Manager
