Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction (Training, Implementation, and Solution Support)
Conduct training sessions for clients on effectively using the solution to achieve desired outcomes (onsite and offsite).
Assist in configuring the system to generate rules and alerts based on client requirements.
Understand client needs, objectives, and business processes to provide tailored solutions.
Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Support testing activities to ensure new features align with client expectations.
Assist in preparing release notes, user manuals, and training materials for newly developed features.
Develop process flows, wireframes, and mockups for better visualization of solutions.
Product Analysis & Development Support
Gather and analyze data to identify areas for product improvement.
Work closely with internal teams to understand product requirements and prioritize enhancements.
Provide insights based on data analysis to help drive product decisions.
Project Tracking & Coordination
Ensure the successful implementation of solutions by tracking project progress.
Coordinate with internal teams to address any delays or challenges.
