A. Order Inspection & Verification
- Conduct physical quality inspections of all provision orders.
- Verify product freshness, expiry dates, packaging integrity, and compliance with food-safety standards.
- Confirm quantity, assortment, and packing lists against digital orders.
- Ensure temperature-controlled items are properly handled.
B. Documentation & Reporting
- Issue SGS Inspection Reports for all orders.
- Document non-conformities with photos and corrective actions.
- Approve or reject orders based on acceptance criteria.
C. Quality Assurance Oversight
- Monitor compliance with MGH standards, Egyptian food-safety laws, and international marine supply standards.
D. Coordination
- Collaborate with warehouse teams, procurement, and delivery supervisors.
- Participate in QA calibration meetings and audits.
E. Expansion to Other Categories
- Inspect medicine, spare parts, and technical items as operations expand.
F. Compliance & Ethics
- Maintain strict neutrality, confidentiality, and adherence to SGS ethics.
