This role is ideal for someone at an early stage of their career who wants hands-on exposure, strong market learning, and a clear path toward business development and sales leadership.

Market & Technical Exposure:
- Basic understanding of the Agri, Minerals and Trade markets in the UAE.
- Exposure to the TIC industry or related inspection / testing services is a strong advantage.
- Ability to understand trade flows, customer needs, and service execution.

- Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Good communication skills and confidence interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Commercial mindset and genuine interest in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities & KPIs
- Client Relationship Management โ Support and grow customer relationships across assigned sectors.
- Business Development & Sales Pipeline โ Identify opportunities, follow up on leads, manage quotations, and maintain a structured pipeline.
- Market Intelligence โ Monitor market activity, competitors, and customer developments.
- Operational Coordination โ Liaise between clients, operations, and labs to ensure smooth execution.
- Commercial Support โ Assist with pricing, contracts, POs, and revenue tracking.
- Reporting & Analysis โ Prepare regular updates on pipeline, activity, and performance.
- Field-based role requiring mobility across multiple client offices / emirates, warehouse and cargo facilities.
