Job Description

Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for the technical performance of Reverse Vending Systems (RVS) and their digital integrations.
Being ambassador between customer requests related to digital integration and API solutions. Programming skills are not required but welcome.
Manage the RVS install base, monitoring performance and reliability of the equipment along with their digital integrations.
Define standards and check-lists for machine commissioning.
Collaborate with a network of technical product experts, contributing knowledge and expertise to projects across the Business Unit.
Provide 2nd and 3rd-level technical support to technicians and customers.
Participate in projects that enhance the Business Unit’s success.
Act as a professional representative of TOMRA to customers, embodying our values and commitment to quality.
