As Head of Global Product Strategy, you will lead how TOMRA Collection defines, prioritizes, and communicates its overall solution direction, working closely with Business Areas, Business Units, and the Solution Board.
You act as the strategic orchestrator of our overall solution portfolio, ensuring that investments are market relevant, commercially attractive, and grounded in real customer needs. You work closely with our Product Units to align our overall portfolio and product positioning to maximize competitiveness through balancing sustainability performance, cost & profit, innovation, lifecycle cost and customer delight. You will report to SVP and Head of Technology Solutions.

- Shape our next generation product and solution direction in a global, competitive market
- Engage with Product Units and markets to integrate customer needs and competitive insights into clear strategic solution priorities
- Drive structured portfolio thinking across physical and digital products
- Uphold and evolve our future customer value vision internally and externally
- Maximize the overall value and impact of TOMRA Collection’s solution portfolio
- Engage in high-level solution discussions with major customers in collaboration with Key Accounts and our Product Managers

Key responsibilities
- Lead and own the overall product and solution strategy agenda across Technology Solutions
- Support solution and product managers in the interface between technology, markets, and customers
- Secure that we are aligned across The Solution Hub (the umbrella) when it comes to product strategy
- Own and drive the Solution Board agenda and decision-making processes, as well as communicating decisions internally
- Strengthen business cases, challenge assumptions, and guide investment priorities
- Ensure alignment between customer value, innovation, feasibility, and profitability
