Join our Environmental team in Newcastle and play a key role in delivering outstanding client service across soil, water and air testing. This position combines client relationship management with hands-on coordination of sample receipt, registration and dispatch operations.
You will be the link between clients and the laboratory โ ensuring expectations are managed, communication is proactive and services are delivered accurately and on time.
About the Role
As a Client Services Representative, you will:
- Provide high-quality support to environmental clients and coordinate sample receipt and dispatch.
- Register, check, label and process soil, water and air samples accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding sample status, turnaround times and any service impacts.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations as required.
- Liaise with laboratory teams to ensure KPIs and due dates are met.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service activities.
- Ensure safe, organised and compliant operations within the sample receipt area.
- Assist with sample collections from client sites when required.
