To communicate/execute/report the inspection works to the expectations of customers and to the extent of SGS Quality Management System.
Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical parts, components, and systems to verify compliance with approved ITP, specifications, standards, and quality requirements
Review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test reports
Perform “Hold” ’Witness “and "Surveillance” Inspections and tests at manufacturing facilities or construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Analyze inspection data and prepare comprehensive reports on findings and recommendations
Assist in performing Quality Audits on certain projects
Collaborate with vendors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in mechanical quality control
Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes and procedures
Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and vendors as needed
To ensure that the inspection reports are submitted without any delay.
To work safely during inspection activities and to advise others to work safely.
To maintain the confidentiality requirements in each activity during the service period.
