As the MDM Integration Lead, you will define the vision, strategy, and operational excellence of the global Master Data Management (MDM) process across 100+ countries. You will own end-to-end process design, execution, transformation, and continuous improvement across business units, regions, and Shared Services in a matrix environment.
SPECIFIC RESPONSABILITIES:
1. Global Process Strategy
- Own and evolve the global end-to-end MDM process blueprint aligned with corporate goals.
- Drive standardization, global scalability, and harmonization while balancing local regulatory and governance needs.
- Develop global MDM policies, data standards, KPIs, data taxonomies, frameworks, and governance models.
2. Transformation Leadership
- Design and support major transformation programs (ERP migrations, digital core, AI-driven automation, GBS expansions).
- Embed innovations such as RPA, AI/ML data cleansing, process mining, and automated validation rules.
- Serve as executive sponsor for cross-functional initiatives affecting MDM.
- Act as key stakeholder in selecting and implementing ERP, MDM platforms, PIM solutions, and other standard systems.
3. Performance & Value Delivery
- Set global metrics and value frameworks for data quality, completeness, accuracy, and performance.
- Drive cost optimization, efficiency, cycle time reduction, and service quality.
- Identify improvement opportunities via analytics, feedback, and benchmarking.
- Strengthen Finance鈥檚 operational performance as a strategic business partner.
- Support GBS adoption and expansion by defining data service portfolios and catalogs.
4. Governance & Risk Management
- Build a robust governance structure ensuring global compliance (SOX, GDPR, data privacy, audit requirements).
- Manage escalation paths, change control, and MDM risk frameworks.
- Report data quality, governance maturity, and process performance to leadership with strategic recommendations.
- Partner with Risk Management, Internal Controls, and auditors to address compliance and risk needs.
- Collaborate with corporate functions, IT, country leadership, and Shared Services to sustain strong governance and high-quality master data.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as trusted advisor to senior business leaders globally.
- Lead global process councils, data governance committees, and communities of practice.
6. People Leadership & Capability Building
- Build and manage a global network of Regional Process Owners, Data Stewards, Local Data Leads, and SMEs.
- Foster a culture of stewardship, continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity.
