You will partner with stakeholders across our business to seek hard to find candidates for corporate and strategic positions across all SGS鈥檚 business lines and multiple support functions. This could include building out new business units as part of our 2027 growth plan or helping to scale up our businesses. Working as part of the Global HR team, you will utilize sourcing techniques such as social media to pipeline and source talent and leverage on your relationships with the business to reinforce hiring collaboration and turn demanding business requirements into reality.
More specifically, you will:
- Act as Talent Acquisition Business Partner, supporting and guiding Hiring Managers, managing end-to-end recruitment process and all the stakeholders involved.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team at global and regional level, to develop and manage end-to-end talent acquisition projects to find the best talents on the market.
- Build networks and communities with a variety multi-sourcing channels including social media.
- Be exposed to a wide variety of roles, with different grade of seniority and technicality.
- Think out of the box and manage daily challenges with problem solving and open-minded approach.
